thickness, safety equipment, and compress water 1.5 times of normal working pressure, measure combustion efficiency,
customize to complete combustion for smoke up to the standard set of environmental laws.  That is in order to issue safety
certificate which certified check by safety engineers for annual submission to the Department of Industrial Works.
